Probus products come with 10 days return/replacement policy. You can contact us within 10 days from the delivery date if in case you want to return the product. If 10 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer any kind of refund to you. Replacement will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect found in product.

To take advantage of our return policy, your item needs to be undamaged and in the same condition that you received. It should also be in the original outer packaging box, main device along with all accessories. If any of above is found missing in box, then your return request will be rejected, and we won’t be able to initiate any refund.

We will need valid proof of purchase for initiating the return process. Please do not send back product to any courier company. For the products purchased at more than INR 1000, INR 149/- will be deducted when the refund is initiated post return. For the products sold at less than INR 1000, the deducted charges will be INR 69. Refund will be processed through the either NEFT OR Paytm in 10-15 working days.

Any purchase made apart from Probus official website are not entitled for any refunds/replacement. Products won in giveaway/award/referral programs are not covered under above stated warranty by Probus.

To initiate a return/replacement, please email us on care@probusindia.com along with detailed explanation of the issue and proof of purchase (Tax invoice, Order Id/Reference Id).
